Full Property Management The full management service includes letting the property, rent collection plus the responsibility to take care of any repairs or maintenance that are required at the property during the term of the tenancy and dealing with the day to day running of the rental property. We will help to lift the burden and commitment of being a full time Landlord. (The managing agent charges a commission/fee, deductible from the rental income collected for this service.)
